Remove the remaining manual Gamarr instruction
For NZBgeek, this new direction to add indexers only in Prowlarr conflicts with step 10, which still tells operators to add NZBgeek to Gamarr manually “the same way step 7 adds Torznab indexers.” Step 7 no longer contains those manual settings, and following the stale instruction could create a duplicate entry outside the sync job’s managed set. Update step 10 to describe the automatic NZBgeek sync while retaining the note that NZBFinder is filtered out.

Companion to GilmanLab/fleet#35: Gamarr indexers now come from the hourly sync job instead of manual Torznab entries.
