Summary

• Upgrade the orval dev dependency from 7.21.0 to 8.44.0 and regenerate the API types. This clears all orval advisories from pnpm audit.
• Upgrade vitest from 3 to 4 (4.1.12). This clears the vitest, @vitest/mocker and tinypool advisories. No test or config changes were needed.
• orval.config.ts: Orval 8 needs an output target, so the client is written to a cache directory and only the schemas are kept.
• Generated types: Orval 8 removes the version from the file header and merges allOf schemas. The committed types were also older than the current API document, so the regenerate commit adds new schema files.

Overrides pin undici, fast-uri and esbuild to patched versions. They cover advisories published after the upgrade in orval's dependencies and in tsup. pnpm audit reports no known vulnerabilities. These are dev-only tools and are not in the published bundle.

Validation

Passed with Node 24 and pnpm 9.15.0: pnpm install --frozen-lockfile, pnpm lint, pnpm typecheck, pnpm test (all pass), pnpm build. Types were generated with pnpm generate:api from the API document on main of the core service.
