Figma: text and images in all LG frames; team dept rows

Steps

1. lib/content/ with types.ts + one file per section: about.ts, values.ts, speakers.ts, testimonials.ts, projects.ts (media: image/video/embed), sponsors.ts (tier gold/silver), team.ts (department + frame variant per person, from the Figma dept rows; type the frame as a string union until MS-105 exports PictureFrameVariant), faq.ts (category general/application/logistics), site.ts (application URL, sponsorship packet URL, core@hackbeanpot.com, socials).
2. Take the text from Figma. Nothing from the old codebase. Export the placeholder photos and logos shown in the Figma frames into public/<section>/ so every section renders.
3. Tag each placeholder with // TODO(content): … in the data files.
4. A small test that checks every image path in lib/content exists.

Acceptance criteria

• All content typed, with no any
• The image path test passes
• Content issue opened and assigned
