This does all the Figma exporting ahead of time, so the S2 builders can focus on layout.

Steps

1. Export these as separate files (so they can animate independently on LG/MD):
   • About: background texture/gradient, plaque (if it's not simple CSS; note it in the PR), candlesticks (if MS-107's Candle doesn't cover them exactly)
   • Values: the 3 pillars (they differ), the 3 icon stones, 6 vases individually
   • Speakers: the curtain, the gazebo arch (plus its inner opening as a separate clipPath SVG), the balustrade, the background gradient stops
   • Testimonials: the corridor as 3 depth layers (far arches / mid / near pillars + floor), one footprint pair
2. Format: SVG, each on its artboard-sized canvas in position where that's practical, otherwise tightly cropped with its x/y/w/h noted in the file name or a tiny positions.ts next to the assets. Run SVGO on everything.
3. Folders: public/about/{lg,md,sm}/, public/values/…, public/speakers/…, public/testimonials/…. For SM, flatten anything that doesn't need to be separate (SM is static).
4. Sample and list every gradient stop and hex in the PR description for the S2 builders.

Acceptance criteria

• Every listed asset exported for LG, MD and SM, with SVGO applied, each < 150KB
• PR description lists the files, positions and gradient values per section
