Passing several uchar* to a single uprintf, or mixing %d into one, does not work. This fix previously lived inside the Merged master merge commit, which is dropped when the branch is linearized.
The 32 bit build combinations were removed from the matrix, so these artifacts no longer exist and gh release create would fail on them.
