Orders the tools behold, chant, choudoufu, terragucci, then the rest, on the home tiles (now four, with behold added), the tools page, the footer and the site description. The Open source sidebar group now lists all four. The About line points at the tools page instead of naming them, since a four-item list trips the prose lint.
