Rewrites the paper and README prose that sentences 0.5.1 flags and empties scripts/docs-sentences-baseline.json. README.md rides along here because it carried only two findings; spec/ went in #258.

What changed: repeated openings, conjunction openers, epistrophe, comma series and colon nameplates are reworded by reordering or merging sentences. mechanism.md lost one paragraph that restated the one before it. The citation list in related-work.md and the host interface in draft.md became lists. Numbers, version strings and rule identifiers are unchanged, and spec/paper.test.ts and spec/figures.test.ts still pass. The lint script's header comment no longer describes baselined rule files.

Baseline: 84 -> 0 gated findings (paper/ 82 -> 0, README.md 2 -> 0).

Checked locally: npm run lint:prose, npm run typecheck, npm test (144 passed, 16 skipped).

…empty the baseline

The last 84 baselined findings, 82 in paper/ and 2 in README.md, are
rewritten away: repeated openings, conjunction openers, epistrophe, comma
series, colon nameplates, a near-duplicate label and a paragraph in
mechanism.md that restated the one before it. Numbers, version strings and
rule citations are unchanged. scripts/docs-sentences-baseline.json is now
{} and the lint script's header no longer describes baselined files.
