feat(home): suggest a track of the day, with the reason it was picked - #904

The seed query decoded primary_artist as a required id, so a track whose artist was deleted (ON DELETE SET NULL) or never named failed with a decode error. Such a seed now skips the similar-artist step and goes to the fallback, the artists played most.

The 2.0 card "Continue listening on Home", reworked after a first try.
From "continue listening" to a suggestion of the day
The first version showed the track the last session stopped on, with Resume at the saved position. It worked, but the player bar already shows that track, paused at that position, right under it: the card repeated it. In its place, Home now suggests one track, with the reason it was picked.
The three kinds
All read from the profile's own listening (
play_event). A play counts when the track was played through or for 15 s, the recently-played list's rule.The similar-artists cache is only read: the card makes no network call. Genres are deliberately left out for now, since tags are too uneven to weigh on their own. That may come with a genre-completion pass over the library.
Stable for the day
The draw is made among the first 20 of a kind, at most 2 per artist, from the calendar day and the number of Another suggestion clicks (
waveflow_core::home_suggestion). The same pair always gives the same track, so Home does not change on every visit:The clicks are stored per profile (
home.suggestion_draw), and a new day starts over. The card is hidden when no kind has anything.The title and the reason line have 2–3 wordings each in every locale, chosen from the draw and the track, so the card does not read the same every time.
Play
Play starts the track followed by tracks like it, through the seeded radio the track menu's Start radio already uses (
start_radio).A fix on the way
start_radiodecodedprimary_artistas a required id. A track whose artist was deleted (ON DELETE SET NULL), or that never named one, failed with a decode error. Such a seed now skips the similar-artist step and goes to the radio's fallback, the artists played most. This is a separate commit.Checks
