Changes

Removed the following links: ScratchEd (obsolete since 2019), Scratch Conference (dead link)
Renamed "Offline Editor" to "Scratch App" per re-branding
Renamed "Scratch Store" to "Scratch Shop" per re-branding (note: shop is currently closed but may re-open)
Replaced "Scratch Day" with "Events" (which seems to cover virtual conferences hosted by the foundation as well as Scratch Day events, though it links to a Brazilian registration website??)
Fixed dead link for Scratch Donors
Modified link target for About (also in header) to the foundation page; former About page is a redirect
Modified link target for For Parents and For Educators to the new foundation links; though former pages remain, they appear to be outdated
