- Add hindsight compose stack (claude-code LLM provider, pg0 named volume)
- Resolve credentials via ${HOME:-${USERPROFILE}} so it works on Windows
- Mount a Linux claude CLI from CLAUDE_CLI_DIR (the Windows CLI is an .exe)
- Mount a folder-shared copy of ~/.claude.json (Docker Desktop shares folders only)
- Gitignore the copied CLI binary and claude.json; document new env vars
