…sing changes Add the missing ## 0.7.x and ## 0.6.x chapters so these versions show on jpro.one. Rewrite 0.7.4 with a bold module keyword per bullet and a New modules section (jpro-sticky, jpro-css-grid). Document the jpro-mail removal, the LinkUtil focus fix and JProScroll.
It requires JPro 2026.4.0, so it gets a new minor version and a ## 0.8.x chapter. RELEASING.md now notes that each new minor needs such a heading.

Prepares the changelog for the next release, which is 0.8.0 because it requires JPro 2026.4.0.

RELEASING.md now notes that each new minor version needs one..jpro-id-<id>selector change (Build against JPro 2026.4.0 and select nodes by .jpro-id-<id> #130).Squash on merge.
