Prepares the next patch release following microsoft/ApplicationInsights-JS#2756.
Lint completed with Node 22. Release versions and Rush package hashes were checked. The main SDK bundles and declarations were generated, and the isolated 1DS core build passed.
Full clean-build validation remains incomplete. Windows cleanup failed on junction traversal and an open log directory. The subsequent monorepo rebuild was interrupted, and its 1DS minifier failure passed on an isolated retry.
