I was able to spin up a parser for Menssa that scrapes https://menssa.fi/lounas/ . They have an API endpoint from their CMS at https://menssa.fi/wp-json/lms/v1/lunch/today but that only serves the day's meal info. The website has the whole weeks with the dates.
