Hi there, I'm James Harrison Somto

Impossible is Nothing πŸš€ || I think it's possible for ordinary people to choose to be extraordinary

πŸš€ ABOUT ME

I am a Senior Software Engineer with a First-Principles Mindset and 5+ years of experience. I build software that moves money. Exchanges, bridges, staking platforms, and the smart contracts that hold it all together.

My work spans Rust, TypeScript, and Solidity, from building interfaces and developer tools to working on smart contracts and blockchain infrastructure.

I started with frontend development, but over time I moved deeper into the systems behind the products. These days, I spend most of my time writing Rust and TypeScript, with Solidity when the project requires it.

πŸš€ What I Do

  • πŸ—οΈ Build scalable Web2 & Web3 platforms
  • ⛓️ Develop & audit smart contracts
  • πŸ” Focus on security, reliability & performance
  • 🌍 Build decentralized systems enabling financial inclusion
  • 🀝 Contribute to open-source ecosystems

πŸš€ Open to collaborating with teams building the future of the internet. Let’s connect!
