Rplots.pdf, test.png and testthat-problems.rds are outputs of running the test suite, not inputs: nothing in the package, tests, or CI reads them. testthat-problems.rds held 25 stale failures from an old run, and testthat deletes or rewrites it, so the working tree came back dirty after a suite run and the file had to be restored by hand. Untracked with 'git rm --cached', so the files stay on disk, and ignored by name so they cannot be re-added from any directory.
