ex was a plain alias for "\$DC_CMD exec", which on Windows / Git
Bash invokes a vi terminal instead of running the command in the
container, and docker exec -it needs winpty there anyway.

Replace it with a function alongside bashin (which already does the
same OS check) that uses winpty $DC_CMD exec on Windows/Git Bash/
Cygwin and $DC_CMD exec otherwise. Updated remove-aliases.sh to
unset -f ex instead of unalias ex.
Make ex a Windows-aware function instead of an alias (#125)

acceptance-lint and acclint ran run_linting.sh with no way to pass
extra arguments through, unlike acctest/acceptance-test next to them
which already forward "${@:2}". Bring them into line so linting
scripts can accept flags (e.g. auto-fix) the same way test scripts
accept cucumber args.

Also adds a bundlelock alias, following the same ex/manage() pattern,
to run `bundle lock` in a container - optionally scoped to specific
gem names to update just those.

Closes #145.
Fixes #76. Services declared under expensive_startup are polled until
their healthcheck_cmd reports healthy, or until they crash-restart 10
times - there was no way to declare success for a one-off job that
runs to completion and exits 0 rather than staying up, so the dev env
would poll it forever (restart_count never leaves 0, since a clean
exit isn't a crash and the container doesn't restart).

Adds a new healthcheck_cmd: exit-zero option - checks
docker inspect for {{.State.Status}}:{{.State.ExitCode}} and treats
"exited:0" as healthy/done.

Forward parameters to acclint/acceptance-lint, add bundlelock alias
fix: support expensive services that exit cleanly instead of staying up
Updated base image from Debian 11 to Debian 13 and removed workaround for hash mismatch issues.
