📖 Description
Refreshes the squad from Squad-Spec-Repository-Template (
cf3cc08→b38a99f, profiledotnet). The apply step updated the squad agents, thesquad-issueandcreate-prskills,.squad/orchestration.md,.squad/routing.md,sonar-check.py,squad-log.py, thespecs/_templatefiles, the SessionStart hook,docs/CONTRIBUTING.md(release-note labels) and.squad/template.json, and seeded the new.github/release.yml, which groups generated release notes by PR label. The changed seeds were carried over by hand: the Scripts only CI can run paragraph in.squad/stack.mdand the Tests that read repository documents section indocs/UNIT_TESTS.md. The SessionStart hook now restores the Sonar scanner from a tool manifest instead of installing it globally, so a pinned.config/dotnet-tools.json(new,dotnet-sonarscanner12.0.0) was added and the Sonar gate text in.squad/stack.mdwas updated to match. The seedfork-scope.ymlworkflow is already present; please make Scope of a fork pull request a required check ofmainand require approval for workflow runs of outside contributors (repository settings, Actions), since neither can be set from a PR. The labelsbreaking-change,enhancement,security,bugandignore-for-releaseshould exist in the repository for the release-note grouping to take effect.🎫 Issues
