Stop the fuzz job's checkout persisting credentials

zizmor 1.30.1 flags the fuzz job's actions/checkout in ci.yml for artipacked because it keeps the default persisted credentials. That job only runs cargo test, so it does not need them. Together with Dependabot's #23, which repins dtolnay/rust-toolchain to the commit master now points at, this turns main's Scripts and workflows job green again.
