Shared-cache mode leaves the fuzzer. SQLite discourages it, and in utelle/SQLite3MultipleCiphers#290 the SQLite3MC maintainer calls it a misfeature and is considering building with
SQLITE_OMIT_SHARED_CACHE, so crashes found through it are not findings this harness should report.This drops the
shared_cachetarget with its seeds and seed generator, the shared-cache input model and runner, thesqlite3_enable_shared_cachebinding, and the tolerant workload runner only that target used. The README now lists five targets. Theshared9andvtab_sharedentries insuite/run.shstay, since they track the #290 use-after-free in SQLite's own test suite.
