Adds the Root Cause Analysis & AIOps research page and incorporates feedback, while retaining the shared layout and people-card style.

• Source people, portraits, and publications from the site's shared records. Keep People cards before Publications and display all seven relevant publications.
• Add the Bell Mobility and NSERC acknowledgement, including grant ALLRP614128-25 and sponsor logos, immediately after the project introduction.
• Add two original diagrams illustrating the broad AIOps research vision and the GALA+ technical workflow.
• Add an Outcomes section linking to benchmark repositories, implementations, evaluation materials, and project websites.
• Add SRE-Marathon and the GF-Bench paper. Update publication information for GALA, AgentChaosBench, FAME, and SREGym while retaining arXiv links.
• Consolidate GALA and GALA+ into one publication and one research description, preserving the earlier publication URL through a redirect.
• Include undergraduate participant Chenkai Zhang and existing member Michalis/Michail Bachras through the shared roster. Add Yuanchen Gao as a PhD participant with an initials avatar.
• Update Ruiwu Liu's profile, including his PhD role, portrait, research affiliations, and AIOps interest label.
• Refocus the Distributed Machine Learning page on AIOps, with a closing statement covering the group's broader distributed AI and machine learning research.

Validation: pixi run check passed all 60 tests. The strict Hugo build and generated-site checks passed. Verified nine people and seven publications on the RCA page, consistent publication filtering, and desktop/mobile rendering.
