This is the isotp-c library, it perfectly supports CAN/CANFD, and you can port it to STM32

Unfortunately, I am not familiar with CAN and its variations and sub systems. Therefore, I can not help you with this problem.

As the first link you sent says the isotp-c lib is platform-independent, you can do it yourself. Unfortunately, this gets too much time, and we do not have plan to do this. The second link has the STM32 example, which you can use for this platform.
This library has just a pure implementation for the CAN bus peripheral.

I've already done the porting. For isotp, I'm using the first library, and for the second library, I'm using a different one. I'm using STM32C092, but in my library, the 0x19 Read DTC part needs you to help implement it.
