Changes

• Move Appearance below General and clip theme press feedback to the circular preview.
• Add matching icons to settings, file dialogs, document tools, and editor actions.
• Keep labels, access gates, document processing, and purchase behavior unchanged.
• Prepare 1.9.1, GitHub Full / No Ads version code 47.

Verification

• Public JVM unit command passed before commit.
• Read-only independent review found compact-layout risks; file action icons are stacked and protection page buttons have equal width.
• Signed local release gate passed: 617 JVM tests, zero failures/skips, lint zero errors. Required CI passed (run 37663639466).
• Huawei Android 10 verified General → Appearance order, matching icons, held circular theme press, theme selection, 150% Monospace persistence, and full file-action labels. Synthetic isolated UI fixture; no purchases or existing scans changed.
• Separate private gate passed: 666 beta + 638 internal JVM tests, zero failures/skips, lint zero errors. Purchase/ads logic is unchanged and was not re-exercised live.

Distribution

Stable GitHub remains fully unlocked and ad-free. The private Play Ads + Premium
edition is built separately as code 51; only its binary archive is prerelease,
never Latest. Private source is not included in this PR.
