Records six gaps found while reviewing Waymark for open or incomplete functionality, in the existing docs/issues format so the Create Backlog Issues workflow stays the single source of truth: - 11 browser-embedded VITE_API_KEY grants full Operator API access - 12 operator-only UI renders on the unauthenticated applicant route - 13 npm test is red on a clean checkout and unenforced in CI - 14 SSE progress events break above one API replica - 15 SAML metadata advertises assertion encryption that cannot decrypt - 16 analytics events have no durable sink Also repoints the README documentation map at docs/issues/; it linked to feature-gaps.md, which does not exist.
