Move the seven recipe workflow entry points from Consensys/skills#92 into the Perps-owned domain, preserving installed names, template IDs and harness 0.94.7 recommendations. Remove the Farmslot CLI fallback; retain task receipt verification.

Validation: all 68 domain tests pass with published harness 0.94.7. A fresh registry-only proof verifies harness 0.94.7 and recipe-cli 0.32.1, receipt preservation and older-version warning-only acceptance. Clean install preserves all 65 bundled files and modes. The migration's three shell integration suites passed; setup correctly reports the empty Core fixture's missing wallet, with no app readiness claim.

Root CI does not pick up domain tests yet; the command is documented in recipe-cook/references/development.md and run separately.

Recipe Performance remains in Consensys and requires its separate install. Consensys/skills#92 stays open; farm source references move in a separate PR after this merges.
