Frontend images: lazy by default, no eager/fetchpriority control in descriptor

ImageRenderer emits loading lazy unless overridden; offscreen full-page screenshots and hero LCP suffer (naturalWidth=0 until scroll). Expose loading auto|eager|lazy and fetchpriority=high in the closed set.
