Matrix item 2, reasoned subset (static-first). Three blocks registered only when class_exists(WooCommerce): product-grid (columns/toggles closed-set vocabulary, category slug, orderby, on-sale), product-featured (by product id), product-categories. Add-to-cart uses WooCommerce native no-JS ?add-to-cart URL: no custom JavaScript, no islands needed for v1. e2e follows the human path including a real click into the shortcode cart page. PHPStan level 8 clean via a minimal woocommerce-stub for static analysis only.
