fixes #14

  • support creating a mibisite object with a name
  • be heavily based on geopandas, lifting its coordinate systems implementations
  • support adding wells (pumping & observation) (shapely Point geometries) from a excel/csv
  • support adding a perimeter and landmarks (shapely MultiPolygon geometries) from a shapefile
  • support plotting the fieldsite (with optional satellite layer?) including perimeter, landmarks and all wells
