Tests only; no production code changed. Covers HttpError status/message passthrough via the real API handler, masking of non-HttpError errors, and unique correlation ids appearing in both the response and logs. src/utils/errors.ts coverage: 100% statements/branches/functions/lines. Testing: npx jest --runInBand src/tests/errorHandler.test.ts (11 passed); npx tsc --noEmit -p tsconfig.test.json clean.
