1.0: Initial release: Dell WMI SMM fan plugin for FanControl

First release of a FanControl plugin for newer Dell laptops where the built-in Dell plugin finds no fans.

What it does

• Fan RPM, fan control and BIOS temperature sensors in FanControl
• Uses Dell's WMI interface, so no kernel driver is needed
• Emergency override: forces the fan to high if the CPU reaches 95 °C

Tested on: Dell Latitude 5540 (FanControl V281)

Install: put FanControl.DellWmiPlugin.dll in C:\Program Files (x86)\FanControl\Plugins\DellWmi\ and run FanControl as administrator. See the README for full steps and a quick check for whether your laptop is supported.
