Many changes here

  • Airlocks are no longer named after one of the two rooms they precede; they are now just called '[x] airlock' (hydroponics airlock, command airlock, etc.)
    • Examining an airlock reveals it's nameplace, which is what their old name would be ("nameplate: Bridge")
    • "mining airlocks" are now "cargo airlocks".
    • Hovering over an airlock appends its nameplate to the status bar (bottom right) and screentips (top middle)
    • This is so smashing into an airlock produces the chat message "You smash into the airlock" instead of "You smash into EVA".
image
  • Firelocks, vents, and scrubbers now use this similar status bar / screentip system for showing their ID without needing to examine
image
  • ID cards are now named after their assignment, i.e. bartender ID card or paramedic ID card.
    • Examining an ID card now prints out the owner's information (name, age, etc.) the same way you can examine a worn ID card.
    • Similar to airlocks the owner's name is appended in status bar and screentips.
    • ID appraiser skillchip was removed just to clean up the examine code a little bit, we didn't use it anyways
    • Intern code is removed because we don't use it
image
  • PDAs as well no longer inherit its owner's name, i.e. bartender PDA or captain PDA.
    • Imprinting ID still exists, you can see the PDA's owner by activating it and seeing who imprinted to it.
image
  • Jaws of Life are renamed to hydraulic rescue tool, and are now bulky.

    • Toolbelts can still carry a pair.
    • Engineering and paramedic suits can carry a pair on their suit storage slot
    • They can also obviously still be worn directly on the belt slot
    • Medbay on (some) maps now has a cabinet holding a pair.
      • The cabinet auto-unlocks on blue alert (but can still be opened like a typical axe cabinet)
  • Some suit storage units now have an access set by default (such as captain access for captain SSU). A few even spawned locked at roundstart, requiring access or emag to unlock (sec/cap/hos).

  • Removed PDA charging microwaves. Normal microwaves were put in their place. I just think it's funnier for PDAs to blow up.

  • Light switches name sare no longer suffixed by the area, area is still in examine though.

  • Bottles are now examined as "bottle of [drink]" rather than "[drink]" i.e. that's a bottle of Uncle Git's special reserve instead of that's Uncle Git's special reserve. Likewise for cans i.e. that's a can of sol dry rather than that's sol dry.

  • Many snacks are now examined as "some [snacks]" i.e. some 4no raisins

  • Fixed false wall examines

  • Fix RND console improper

  • Tweaks weapon examine slightly

  • Pews are now all knows as pews instead of "left pew end"
