The other half of N64Recomp/N64Recomp#187.
Passes the GOT address on to regenerated sections so the live recompiler can handle PIC jump tables.
Note: This PR includes changing the N64Recomp submodule ref, which I think might be a problem? Probably need to update that after the other PR is merged before merging this one.
