Background

Complete the chronological main→dev stack through 5d3107a9 after the repaired #6953 layer.

What changed

Restacked the internal Cerno installation on protected pull-request/6953 head 95da38c1, retaining pin f0cf5b75a6c52dfec2d01ce7886a3e7d850be0c0.

The child remains a signed one-file commit changing only docker/Dockerfile.linting.

Tested

  • Parent exact-image isort and Black checks passed.
  • Parent focused regression suite passed: 74 tests.
  • Child diff remains only the intended 10-line Cerno installation.
  • Verified Cerno remains confined to the internal jet stage.

The internal image build requires CERNO_TOKEN and CI_SERVER_URL, unavailable in the authoring environment; required CI remains authoritative.
