winlab-helper can file a recording under a booking it matched by group and time; that record carries the booking's key, not the recording's, but always names the file [<owner>] <day> <title>.mp4. EG_6HciYAJjR6C8 (arcadyan-smart-home, sync meet) still read 還沒歸檔 after #46. The room had no booking, so meet searched for
meet:arcadyan-smart-home:2026-11-03, but winlab-helper filed the recording under that evening's booking (epic 22), whose marker carries the booking's key. Every record's Recording row names the file[<owner>] <YYYY-MM-DD> <title>.mp4, so meet now falls back to searching by title and matching that name.Checked against production GitLab: the fallback finds epic 22 for EG_6HciYAJjR6C8 and nycu-library-ai epic 1 for EG_grRa4FHx89vN. Two other recordings (EG_5AeCVrSTWmQ3, EG_MPZ5oizmSuPN) have no record in GitLab at all; that is on the helper side.
