…g it A failed submit deleted the local MP4, so the recording never got a transcript and winlab-helper was never told (the 11-02 wnc-ahts recording). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Why
When transcribe refused an upload,
egress-uploaddeleted the local MP4. The recording never got a transcript, and winlab-helper was never told. The 11-02 wnc-ahts recording was lost this way. What
egress-upload: a failed submit keeps the MP4 asretry-<sha>.mp4withneed_submit=1, and logs the HTTP code and body.egress-transcribe: resends it every 10 minutes. After 6 hours it hands off withTRANSCRIPT_STATUS=failedand an emptyTX_JOB_ID, so the helper runs its own ASR.Verify
Installed on egress01 and egress02. The lost recording was requeued on egress02 from Nextcloud through the new path.
