feat(week-calendar): draw the week as a time grid - #101

Hours run down the side (08:00 to 20:00, stretching to fit), timed events are blocks from start to end, overlapping ones share the column in lanes, all-day events sit above. Geometry goes through CSS variables in a scoped style tag, as chart does. Phones keep the list.
