feat(week-calendar): stack overlaps like Calendar, tip the full text - #102

A later overlapping event sits on top of the earlier one, indented 1rem, instead of splitting the column into slivers. Titles wrap, blocks of 90 minutes or more show the whole span, and every block and pill names its full title and time in a tooltip. Overlapping events no longer split the column: the later one stacks on top, indented 1rem, as in Apple Calendar. Titles wrap, long blocks show the span, and a tooltip on every block and pill gives the full title and time.
Checked on the sandbox at 1440 and 1000 px with three overlapping events and a hovered tooltip; typecheck, lint, tokens:check, format:check pass.
