This pull request accompanies ssc pull request NatLabRockies/ssc#1425 that moves geothermal design-point equations from the SAM user interface to SSC cmods. Total installed cost is now calculated from the geothermal cmod. This pull request calculates the same system results for the SAM geothermal default tests. This pull request also adds 12 new tests develop from ATB SAM files that also match.
