Remove reference to sam.support@nrel.gov. Remove macro because it requires an API key that we don't expect SAM users to need. Use LK sample file instead of macro.
Remove email and API key parameters because "<SAMAPIKEY>" and "<USEREMAIL>" are replaced by SAM's key and user email in this context.
