Setup Meta Data for Now Playing

We want to be able to see and control the music playing in the app from the lock screen and the command center.

I've done a bit of research on this, and tried a couple things, and have had success in the simulator but no success on an actual device. I've seen a few people having issues getting this working from inside a WKWebView. We should investigate if this is still the case on iOS 10

After learning that we weren't actually using native audio for native builds, this may be worth trying again.
