Hi, I'm Niko, OH6OKSA 👋

Radio amateur from Finland.

📻 Current project: AetherSDR Mobile

An unofficial iPad and iPhone port of AetherSDR, the open-source FlexRadio client. It is a standalone Qt/QML touch app that links the AetherSDR engine and talks to the radio directly, with no PC in between.

  • Panadapter and waterfall with touch, Apple Pencil, trackpad and keyboard tuning
  • Mode, filters, NR/NB/ANF/AGC, band stack, RX audio and hold-to-talk transmit
  • Tablet and phone layouts that adapt live to rotation, Split View and foldables
  • Built and signed in GitHub Actions and distributed through TestFlight (beta)
