Description
Reference ticket: HYRAX-2279
resets the bytes_read of a chunk to 0 before trying to read the data in the chunk again via libcurl. Otherwise, an error will mostly occur in the chunk_write_data() call back when retrying the failed data request. Manually test the fix and find it works.
