Reference ticket: HYRAX-2282, HYRAX-2281
For an HDF4 file that has linked block storage, the build_dmrpp_h4 treats the one linked block case as a chunk. However, it doesn't consider the case when multiple linked blocks can be merged to be one linked block. As a result, i there is only one merged linked block for a variable, this merged linked block is still considered as a new linked block rather than a chunk. This is not consistent with the original design. This PR fixes this issue.
This PR also includes some tests for parallel data transfer of super chunk and buffer chunk.
