GRASS meets all five fair-software.eu recommendations, so the README now can carry the green badge.

Verified with howfairis 0.15.0: open repository, GPL license, the conda-forge registry, CITATION.cff and Zenodo badge (one would be enough), and the OpenSSF Best Practices checklist.

It seems you have not yet added the fair-software.eu badge to your README.md. You can do so by pasting the following snippet:

[![fair-software.eu](https://img.shields.io/badge/fair--software.eu-%E2%97%8F%20%20%E2%97%8F%20%20%E2%97%8F%20%20%E2%97%8F%20%20%E2%97%8F-green)](https://fair-software.eu)
Result with older version of howfairis

Older version does recognize some of the URLs:

$ pipenv install howfairis
$ pipenv run howfairis --version
version: 0.13.0
$ pipenv run howfairis https://github.com/OSGeo/grass
