When the Monday of the week falls in the previous month, weekly granularity moved forward instead of back (e.g. Wed 2001-08-01 became Fri 08-03), so t.rast.aggregate silently skipped the first days and t.rast.accumulate moved its start forward. This PR computes the Monday with timedelta and regenerates the weekly examples in t.rast.aggregate.md.
