Data Catalog: moving maps from different mapsets to another project ran the removal of the originals in another map's mapset (deleting a same-named map there, or silently keeping the original), because the reprojection callback did not bind
env2.Validators:
wx.Validator_IsSilent()does not exist in wxPython 4, so every rejected key inNumTextCtrland psmap number fields raisedAttributeError; usewx.Validator.IsSilent().
