tests: Add test for large I/O under fragmented memory conditions - #1828

OpenCAS allocates per-I/O metadata that scales with the I/O size. There are a few fallback mechanisms in cases the amount of metadata would be too big for a single allocation. Test if those mechanisms work properly by submitting large I/Os of various sizes on a machine with very fragmented memory. Signed-off-by: Robert Baldyga <robert.baldyga@unvertical.com>
