Adds the AsyncAPI Initiative to the Engagements section of the About page, in both English and German, including the AsyncAPI logo.

• Added AsyncAPI entry to src/data/en/engagements.json (after Hiero)
• Added AsyncAPI entry to src/data/de/engagements.json (after Hiero)
• Added the official AsyncAPI logo as public/illustrations/logo-asyncapi.svg
• Entry names Aishat Muibudeen and Azeez Elegbede (TSC & Code of Conduct Committee; Aishat also on the Governance Board), with links to their team pages

How to Test

1. Open the Netlify deploy preview
2. Go to /about → Engagements → the AsyncAPI Initiative card should render with logo, text and working links
3. Repeat on /de/about for the German version
