OpenICF imports opendj-parent as its BOM, and it brings the BouncyCastle versions Trivy flags in lib/framework: bc-fips 2.1.2 (CVE-2026-8763 critical, CVE-2026-8798, CVE-2026-13505, CVE-2026-13506) and bcprov-jdk18on 1.84 (CVE-2026-8763 critical, CVE-2026-13506). opendj-parent 5.2.0-SNAPSHOT manages bc-fips 2.1.3. bcprov-jdk18on 1.86 comes once OpenDJ PR #1190 moves it to commons 3.2.2-SNAPSHOT (commons PR #326).

bc-fips2.1.3 (withbctls-fips2.1.24 andbcpkix-fips2.1.12) is already managed byopendj-parent5.2.0-SNAPSHOT.bcprov-jdk18oncomes from the commons BOM, which is still 1.84 in commons 3.2.1. Bump BouncyCastle bc-jdk18on-bom to 1.86 commons#326 bumps it to 1.86 and Use commons 3.2.2-SNAPSHOT to pick up BouncyCastle 1.86 OpenDJ#1190 moves OpenDJ to commons 3.2.2-SNAPSHOT. Until both are merged and their snapshots deployed, this PR givesbc-fips2.1.3 but leavesbcprov-jdk18onat 1.84, so the Trivy check here still shows the twobcprovalerts.Merge order: commons#326 → OpenDJ#1190 → this PR.

opendj-parent5.2.0-SNAPSHOT withbc-jdk18on-bom1.86 forced in front of it (emulating commons 3.2.2-SNAPSHOT; not part of this diff). Resolved:bcprov-jdk18on1.86,bc-fips2.1.3,bctls-fips2.1.24,bcpkix-fips2.1.12,bcutil-fips2.1.8.connector-framework-servertests: 42, 0 failures, includingSecurityUtilTest, which runs BouncyCastle's SRP6 client/server and verifier generator.connector-framework-internal: theRemoteConnectorInfoManager*Tests(remote connections over clear and SSL), 33 tests, 0 failures. The full suites run in this PR's CI.
