Update deprecated OpenSauced Workspace and Insights feature tutorials #263

Problem

Several chapters contain detailed tutorials for creating OpenSauced Workspaces, Repository Insights, and Contributor Insights. These features are no longer available since the platform is deprecated.

Files to Update

• docs/becoming-a-maintainer/metrics-and-analytics.md (major sections on Workspaces and Insights)
• docs/becoming-a-maintainer/your-team.md (Repository and Contributor Insights references)
• docs/becoming-a-maintainer/building-community.md (talent identification features)

Suggested Solution

Replace with modern alternatives:

• GitHub native repository insights and analytics
• Contributor.info for contributor tracking
• GitHub Teams for team management
• Update tutorials to reflect current best practices

Acceptance Criteria

• Remove or update all deprecated feature tutorials
• Provide working alternatives where possible
• Maintain educational value of the content
• Update related screenshots and GIFs
