[Bug]: Chinese IME Enter key submits input instead of committing composition

Description

When using Chinese IME (Input Method Editor), pressing Enter to commit the composed characters causes the entire input text to be submitted/output immediately, rather than just committing the IME composition.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable a Chinese input method (e.g., Pinyin, Sogou, Rime)
2. Open harnss and focus on a text input field
3. Type some characters using the Chinese IME (e.g., "nihao")
4. Press Enter to commit the composition ("你好")
5. See error

Expected Behavior

The composed Chinese characters "你好" should be committed to the input field only.

Actual Behavior

The entire input text is immediately submitted/output.
